Four weeks for 200-hour Certification followed by four weeks for 500-hour Certification

Intensive training is held Monday through Friday; 6:30a - 8p CDT (M-Th), 6:30a - 6:15p CDT (F).

Four intensives per year (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall). See the Training Schedule sidebar for specific dates.
You can start any Tier on any of the listed start dates. Once begun, a Tier must be completed in it's entirety

SIX-MONTH WEEKEND

The weekend program is designed to accomodate trainees who cannot devote full-time participation to their training. The content is identical to the intensive program.
Six months (25 weeks) of weekends structured as 4 quarters consisting of 5 weekends of training followed by a free weekend
In addition to attending weekend training, weekend trainees must sustain a regular yoga practice averaging 4 hours per week throughout the 25 weeks they are in training
