Our yoga rooms have been specially designed to provide the ultimate environment for practicing yoga:

• A custom heating system with on demand fresh air.
• Humidifier - The humidity of the room is maintained at a level around 60%. By keeping the room at a higher humidity the heat in the room is more effective at penetrating deep into the body without the actual temperature of the room reaching extremes.
• Indirect lighting - The lights in the yoga room are specially designed to reflect off of the ceiling instead of directly lighting the room. This allows you to look upward without looking into a blinding or uncomfortable light. The full spectrum bulbs provide a natural white light which you will find pleasant and less stressful than the common fluorescent bulbs.
• The ceilings in the yoga room are up to 22 ft high. The high ceilings give an open and relaxed environment for your practice. The main yoga room has plenty of space with over 1900 sq. ft. to practice. We have a second smaller yoga room as well as a third private yoga room.
• The front and side walls of the studios have 10ft high mirrors giving the room a more open feeling and giving you plenty of reflective surface to see your practice.

Our facilities don't stop in the yoga room. You will also find:

• Men's and women's showers - Efficient showers and change room areas are available.
• Filtered water
• Towel service - We have plenty of towels and our laundry room keeps them clean and fresh.

We are located in the Rockwall Village Shopping Center on the South side of I-30 and West side of Ridge Road adjacent to the 24 Hour Fitness and in between the Music Shop and Hallmark store.

From Dallas, take I-30E:

Exit Ridge Road and go south making your first right at the light into Rockwall Village Shopping Center.
