Our yoga room has been specially designed to provide the ultimate environment for practicing yoga:
• We operate a custom heating system and on demand fresh air. The humidity of the room is maintained at a level around 60%. By keeping the room at a higher humidity the heat in the room is more effective at penetrating deep into the body without the actual temperature of the room reaching extremes.
• Indirect metal halide lighting - The lights in the yoga room are specially designed to reflect off of the ceiling instead of directly lighting the room. This allows you to look upward without looking into a blinding or uncomfortable light. The metal halide bulbs provide a natural white light which you will find pleasant and less stressful than the common fluorescent bulbs.
• The ceilings in the yoga rooms are up to 19 ft high. The high ceilings give an open and relaxed environment for your practice. Each yoga room has plenty of space with over 1800 sq. ft. in the main room and over 700 sq. ft. in the second room.
• The front and side walls of the yoga rooms have 10ft high mirrors giving the room a more open feeling and giving you plenty of reflective surface to see your practice.
Our facilities don't stop in the yoga rooms. You will also find:
• Men's and women's showers - Efficient showers and change room areas are available.
• Filtered water - The water fountain is filtered to provide clean, fresh water for your water bottle.
• Free mat service - Yoga mats are available for your convenience.
• Towel service - We have plenty of towels and our laundry room keeps them clean and fresh.
• Retail - we carry water and other beverages, supplements, and the latest selection of yoga clothing and accessories.
