Expanded Schedules!

The following expanded schedules are effective Monday, July 14th!

Preston Forest Village
The 4:30pm held Monday through Friday is being REPLACED with two 60-minute classes held at 3:30 pm and 5:00 pm. If you normally attend the 4:30pm 90-minute class at Preston Forest Village, please plan to attend either the 3:30pm or 5:00pm class starting Monday, July 14th. This replacement of the 4:30pm class only effects the Preston Forest Village studio.

Southlake Village
SV has added classes at 11:30am Monday through Friday, at 8pm Monday through Thursday, and 8:15am on Saturday and Sunday.

The Pines of Flower Mound
PFM has added classes at 11:30am Monday through Friday, at 8pm Monday through Thursday, at 8am and noon on Saturday, and at 8am on Sunday.

Please check with the studios named above to find out what types of classes are being offered in these new times or check the website Monday when the new schedules will be posted.
